Creating architecture in the cloud is often a very technical process. However we believe that it starts with understanding the people and processes before discussing which server size would be the most suitable or which security measures to put in place.
Our approach starts with a workshop-based deep dive for every topic that requires a new architectural design. In this open setting the relevant context, details and requirements across people, process and technology are collected. The scope of creating cloud architecture can differ from developing a (new) landingzone, onboarding an application or transform a complete landscape. At the end, our approach remains the same.
After the workshops and defining the current-, desired- and future state determine up the current gap. We use this to create a design, migration plan, roadmap, skilling plan, and/or business case based on the needs of your IT organisation. These design deliverables are presented to ensure a proper feedback loop and commitment from the relevant stakeholders.
