GGM is still young, founded in 2024, but we're already moving fast on everything related to Cloud and (cloud) infrastructure. From day one we've held onto a set of core values, and the most important one is this: GGM doesn't have customers, we have partners.
That one value pretty much tells the whole story. We work directly together, play with an open hand, and build relationships that last years rather than months, always with the same goal: adding constant value. We do that not just by building smart environments and technology ourselves, but also by training our partners' own people. Sharing knowledge isn't a nice-to-have here, it's the whole point.
Our team is small, flat, and doesn't do fuss. Everyone contributes to improving what we deliver, and we celebrate every win together, big or small. Our motto 'Work hard. Play hard. Relax hard', #WPRH for short, isn't a cute slogan on the wall, it's genuinely how we operate. Think Friday afternoon drinks, and one or more events every quarter where we mostly just have a great time together.
As a Junior, you'll join a team of 6 to 7 colleagues. You'll get a mentor alongside your lead, so there's always someone to fall back on, whether it's a tricky technical puzzle or something further from work.

Microsoft Azure as the main focus
You dive into the cloud environments of our partners, with Azure as the starting point for most of the work.
Not just Azure, we work in every cloud
You'll learn more than just one platform: from StackIT and Google Cloud to the occasional on-premise challenges, we work in every environment our partners need help in.
Setting up, managing, improving
You help set up and maintain cloud infrastructure at our partners and integrate it with their day-to-day business. We create value, not just another service.
Help shaping solutions, not just executing
You dive into the cloud environments of our partners, with Azure as the starting point for most of the work.
The Role
What you'll do
You'll work on real cloud environments, with plenty of room to help shape the solutions.
At least MBO-level thinking skills, with an affinity for cloud technology (Microsoft Azure in particular)
A bachelor's or master's degree (Computer Science, for example) is a nice bonus, but not a hard requirement
Coming from a bootcamp, or switching careers? We'd love for you to apply too
Relevant certifications, such as AZ-900 or AZ-104, are a plus
Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
Motivated to make a real impact for our partners as part of a small team.
Fluent English is a must, Dutch is a plus, and if you speak another language too, even better.

Hybrid working
Friday is our main office day, the rest of the week is up to your calendar and the partners you work for. You're welcome to work from the office everyday, but it's up to you how your week looks like.

Monhtly allowance for reimbursing the use of your personal phone- and internet subscription for when you work from home.
Holliday allowance

Introduction via Teams
A first, short online introduction to get to know each other. We'll directly plan a visit at the office at the end of the meeting.
Interview at the office
With two colleagues of the team you'll be working with. We'll maybe ask you to share some examples of your work beforehand. Ask anything you want, we want to give you the best impression we can on the team and what it is you'll be doing from day 1 at GGM.
